People within the customer advocacy world are a curious bunch. We compete against each other while, at the same time, providing a supportive community that loves to see others thrive.
This sizzling mix of good intentions and fierce competitiveness creates unique individuals whose energy and enthusiasm are as infectious as they are explosive. And, at inEvidence, we believe that industry stars deserve recognition—ideally before they combust.
Which is why we decided to provide a safe environment for advocates and their clients to unleash the competitive spirit we all embody in a fun and engaging way: we created Academy Awards 2025 as an open stage for some of the industry’s best and most successful campaigns and individuals.
There are seven categories:
- AI Innovator – This title will be awarded to teams utilising AI so effectively and innovatively that it visibly enhances or streamlines their program and serves as a learning opportunity for others.
- Accessibility/Diversity Champion – This award goes to teams who don’t simply pay lip service to inclusivity but design programs that showcase a range of voices and stories accessible to all.
- Program Integration Award – Winners of this title are masters of designing advocacy programs which are truly embedded within the wider organization, clearly showcasing their voice and personality.
- Influencer Award – This award recognises individuals whose dedication, inventiveness, and focus shine brightly within the advocacy world and inspire others within the community.
- Exceptional Customer Story – Awarded for standing out from the crowd, this title focuses on strong and emotive customer stories, different and original methods of storytelling, or clear business benefits achieved as a result.
- Program of the Year – This title is awarded for the most powerful, unusual, or impactful program, with results that speak for themselves.
- Best B2B Community – This award recognises the most vibrant and supportive business-to-business community that has achieved significant impact and business growth through fostering creativity, exceptional engagement, and innovation.
An independent judging panel will shortlist and select the winners, and we want to assure you that inEvidence has nothing to do with this process. We genuinely love advocacy, so Academy Awards are a chance for us to promote the industry, give its stars a way to safely unleash their competitive spirit, and illuminate the amazing work they do every day. After all, this space is full of exceptional people and winning stories.
